Wizzdrum collects data in a variety of ways. Generally we will collect personal data directly, for example when you have contacted us or placed an order. From time to time, we may collect generally known data from publicly available sources, if we have a justification for this, such as a commercial purpose. It is also possible that someone wants to offer you a gift via Wizzdrum, which means that we will process your data.
4. Why do we collect your personal data?
When you want to buy something at our webshop, we need your personal data to process and deliver your order. We collect your data to process your order, to maintain and improve the website and for analytical purposes, to handle complaints, to sent an invoice and show advertisements. If it is necessary for the service in question, we can share your personal data with third parties. Moreover, we would like to know your name, email address and telephone number so that we can contact you about your order. If you contact us, we will of course also process data, so that we can respond to your message. Finally, we process data for administrative purposes.
Creating your account
We give customers the possibility to create a webshop account. After you register, we save your account details, so you can place orders more easily when your return to our webshop, and in order for us to contact you about your order. Placing an order
When you place an order, we need your personal data, such as your name, email, delivery address and payment details, to process and deliver your order. We would like to keep you informed about your order. For this reason, we process your name and email, so that we can send you the order confirmation and inform you about the shipping process. Optionally, you can enter your company name and VAT number.
Shipping the order
When you place an order, we need your data to ship the order. We share this information with PostNL, the service we use to deliver your package to your home / a different shipping address. We only share your name and (delivery) address with PostNL.
Wizzdrum has a legitimate interest to use your data for marketing purposes, so that we can keep you informed of our new products and services.
In order to offer you the best online shopping experience and to improve our webshop, we need to use analytical and tracking cookies (“retargeting”). By using cookies and similar technologies, we can ensure that you have a great shopping experience.

5. On which grounds is personal data being processed?
We must have a valid legal basis in order to process your personal data:

PHPSESSID preserves user session state across page requests and expires after the end of the session. The cookies woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart helps WooCommerce determine when cart contents/data changes (session). The cookie wp_woocommerce_session_ contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer (expires after 2 days).
Google Analytics. This website uses ‘Google Analytics’, which is a web analytics service. By using this service, we are able to monitor the traffic on our website. Google Analytics collects first-party cookies, data related to the device/browser, IP address and on-site/app activities to measure and report statistics about user interactions on the websites and/or apps that use Google Analytics. The cookies are _ga, _gat, _gid. These cookies will be stored for a maximum period of 2 years. For more information about this, you can read the privacy statement of Google Analytics. The pixel collect is used to send data to Google Analytics about the visitor’s device and behavior. Tracks the visitor across
devices and marketing channels (session).
Hotjar. The cookie _hjIncludedInSample is set to let Hotjar know whether that visitor is included in the sample which is used to generate funnels (session). The cookie _hjid is set when the customer first lands on a page with the Hotjar script. It is used to persist the Hotjar User ID, unique to that site on the browser. This ensures that behavior in subsequent visits to the same site will be attributed to the same user ID (expires after 1 year). The cookie _hjCachedUserAttributes stores User Attributes which are sent through the Hotjar Identify API, whenever the user is not in the sample. These attributes will only be saved if the user interacts with a Hotjar Feedback tool (session).
The cookie tk_ai registers data on visitors website behavior. This is used for internal analysis and website optimization (session).
We use (tracking) cookies for advertising purposes. By doing this, we can show you relevant ads and measure and use the result thereof (“retargeting”). You can always object to this form of profiling.
LinkedIn. The bcookie/bscookie is used by LinkedIn for tracking the use of embedded services (expires after 2 years). The cookie lang sets default locale/language (domein .ads.linkedin.com) and is a session cookie. The cookie lidc is used for routing and expires after 1 day. The cookie UserMatchHistory is used by LinkedIn for LinkedIn Ads ID syncing and expires after 1 month.
YouTube. The cookie GPS registers a unique ID on mobile devices to enable tracking based on geographical GPS location (session). The cookie YSC registers a unique ID to keep statistics of what videos from YouTube the user has seen (session). The cookie VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE tries to estimate the users bandwidth on pages with integrated YouTube videos and expires after 179 days. The cookie PREF registers a unique ID on mobile devices to enable tracking based on geographical GPS location and expires after 8 months. The cookie remote_sid is used with embedded YouTube videos (session).
Google. The cookie IDE (.doubleclick.net) is used by Google DoubleClick to register and report the website user’s actions after viewing or clicking one of the advertiser’s ads with the purpose of measuring the efficacy of an ad and to present targeted ads to the user (expires after 1 year). The cookie test_cookie is used to check if the user’s browser supports cookies (expires after 1 day).
10. How do I disable cookies?
